"Thomas Mortensen went over and above to help me through an extremely difficult and complex commercial RE transaction. After my commercial tenant abandoned the property, I contacted Thomas to help me list for lease. About a month later the property was extensively robbed and damaged and the place became unrentable. Being form out of State I heavily relied on Thomas to deal with contractors, the city and other realtors as we tried to weave through the red tape to a resolution. Eventually we found a buyer and due to his extensive knowledge and craftiness we brokered a deal to get the property repaired and the new buyer in. All of this took a year!
