The renovations at Uptown Tower are nearly complete. Located at 2440 Louisiana Blvd NE, the Uptown Tower is one of Albuquerque’s premier office spaces. Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group partnered with Total Management Systems’ President Prakash Sundaram to purchase the building in March 2019.
Before the purchase, the office building’s occupancy was stagnant at 40% for nearly a decade. After a little over a year under local management, the occupancy is over 85%.

The building was redeveloped with new exterior finishes, architectural elements, modern lighting, and a new lobby.
