Another 1-Year Lease – University Village Review
I’d like to take the time to thank management and staff of the University Village Hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have been a resident for almost four years. I could have moved to other properties in Albuquerque, but I chose to stay at University Village because of the manner in which the hotel treats its property and residents. It’s always well manicured.
Anytime there is an issue with the internet, utilities and/or other, management keeps the residents abreast of the issues and gives us a date and time the issue will be fixed. Most of the time, the issue is fixed when management says it will be fixed.
I have had issues with my sinks and a hotplate. The sinks were fixed in a short time and I received a new hotplate from James Lueras as soon as I asked for one.
I am so pleased with University Village. I signed up for another 1-year lease.
