Quality Elevators and Lifts, a local New Mexico company, was looking for a new showroom space to display and demonstrate their product offerings. They provide sales, service, installation and repairs for residential and commercial elevators and lifts. The challenge was, they needed a first-rate space for the business showroom and high warehouse ceilings in the back.
Austin Tidwell, associate broker with Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group, helped find an ideal place for Quality Elevators and Lifts at the Venture Commerce Center in Albuquerque, NM. He represented the buyer and seller during the sale. There was a quick 30-day closing process thanks to the help of Lisa Ortega with Old Republic Title.
Eli Gutierrez, the owner of Quality Elevators and Lifts, needed a place with high ceilings to install demo elevators and a warehouse for equipment and storage. “An office separate from the warehouse is ideal, plus stairs going up to the office area for emo stairlifts.”
Allen Sigmon owns the majority of the Venture Commerce Center commercial condo suites. The VCC consists of 30 privately owned business properties spread over five separate buildings. Quality Elevators and Lifts will have a high-end space to showcase their products and offerings, and room in the back to store materials.

Access to the building should allow potential customers ease of finding my business.” The Venture Commerce Center is an office/warehouse complex with mid-sized individual units available for sale and lease. They are small Class A office/warehouse spaces between 1,500-3,200 square feet with a 2 story office and high warehouse ceilings. There are currently 2 suites available for lease.
