Lutheran Family Services to Occupy Newly Renovated Office Building to Help Further Their Mission in New Mexico
Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group Works with Faith-Based, Non-Profit Human Service Agency at 230 Truman St in Albuquerque’s NE Heights
Lutheran Family Services will occupy over 12,000 sq. ft. of office and storage space in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights. The company is a faith-based, non-profit human services agency that provides adoption, foster care, older adult & caregiver, prevention, and refugee services.
Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group brokered the deal along with Kate Potter senior associate with Colliers International and will manage the State-owned property.

Lutheran Family Services is located in Albuquerque, Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Greeley, Las Cruces, Salt Lake City, and Colorado’s Western Slope.
230 Truman is located in a high-density area of households. It is 2 stories, has a newly refurbished interior consisting of a full kitchen, detached garage, computer lab, 6 bathrooms, refurbished playground on site, and multiple classrooms and workspaces.
