Allen Sigmon Hits Quick, Representing 13 Acre Industrial Land Sale
A huge 13-acre industrial plot at 5901 Broadway has a new owner. This is a large land tract zoned M-1 (light manufacturing) on Broadway Blvd frontage. M-Zoned land has become hard to find in the Albuquerque area. It is in short supply and finding 13 acres is not an easy feat. The industrial land sale had a quick turnaround, less than 3 months after the seller decided to list. Lisa Ortega with Old Republic Title helped with the expedient closing process.
