Dutch Bros Coffee Grand Opening in Rio Rancho!
With the help of Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group and King Capital, Dutch Bros Coffee has opened their second New Mexico location. The Dutch Bros Grand Opening occurred on Friday, September 25th. After opening, cars started piling up and wrapping around the new business located at 1440 Rio Rancho Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
Dutch Bros Coffee is known for its smoothies, lemonades, and special blends coffee. They were founded in 1992 by Dane and Travis Boersma. After three generations in the dairy business, the brothers decided to use changes in the industry as motivation to branch out and try something new. The bros bought a double-head espresso machine, cranked up the stereo, threw open the barn doors, and started experimenting with 100 pounds of beans.
“We are excited to bring a new national chain into New Mexico,” said Brad Allen, principal of Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group. “We are all about competition, and I think having another option for some of the popular coffee chains in our area will be great for everyone. Because the site is on the ‘going to work’ side of the road, this is an ideal setup for Dutch Bros.” Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group negotiated a build-to-suit for the Rio Rancho location.
