Premier Uptown Office Tower Acquired by Local Development Group
Feb 21, 2019 The ink has dried on one of the biggest real-estate deals in the Albuquerque Metro area. Lance Sigmon, Brad B. Allen, and Prakash Sundaram have finalized the purchase of 2440 Louisiana Blvd, a seven-story office building in the heart of Albuquerque’s Uptown corridor.
The Uptown Tower will be locally managed and leased by Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group. Currently, there are spaces available for lease in sizes ranging from 1,000 – 60,000 sq ft. Multiple full floor plates of 16,000 sq ft are available, including the top floor premier suite. Prices for the Uptown Tower building start at $18.50 per sq ft on a full-service basis.

Local real estate group purchases Los Lunas shopping center
Apr 15, 2019 The group, led by principals Brad Allen and Lance Sigmon, purchased a multiunit shopping center at 1400 Main St. SW in Los Lunas, across the street from a retail center that Allen Sigmon developed years ago. The purchase, which consists of a variety of tenants, currently has one 800 square-foot-space for rent. In total, Allen Sigmon‘s newest acquisition has about 30,000 square feet of retail space.
Sigmon said the long-term vision for the property is to resurface the parking lot, add landscaping and modernize the exterior of the building and continue to lease it to a mixture of national and local tenants.
“Facebook and the other developments going on the west side of the freeway, play a huge influence in our desire to be in Los Lunas because they create that demand,” Sigmon said. “I see this potential for new retailers and new industry being attracted to coming into the market, so I think it’s a good time to be there.”

Local real estate group purchases Rio Rancho business park
Jun 17, 2019 Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group has made a play in Rio Rancho.
The group, led by principals Brad Allen and Lance Sigmon, acquired Rio West Business Park at 103 Rio Rancho Blvd. NE for an undisclosed price. The property is a nearly 45,000-square-foot location across four buildings in Rio Rancho. The deal closed June 5, according to a news release.
“We are excited about this new project,” Allen said in a statement. “The property was very well maintained and managed by Jim and Ellen King. We couldn’t have asked for better sellers to work with. The business park is in a great location. It’s right off Highway 528, which will make it easily accessible for all the people who work there.”

Local real estate group opens southern NM hotel
Jul 18, 2019 The Courtyard by Marriott Las Cruces, developed by local firms Allen SigmonReal Estate and Total Management Systems, opened earlier this month. A grand opening for the four-story, 126-room hotel is scheduled for Thursday. Business First reported the group partnered with NMSU’s Aggie Development Inc. to build the hotel. Other NMSU officials, including former university chancellor Garrey Carruthers, worked closely with the developers, according to a release.
Business First reported Total Management Systems was awarded a request for a proposal in 2014 to build the project, which had a price tag between $16 million and $18 million. The hotel, which is set to be managed by Total Management Systems, was developed on a 2.7-acre site over the past two years.

The hotel will be managed by Total Management Systems, an Albuquerque based company with 29+ years of experience, currently owning and managing nine hotels throughout New Mexico. Prakash, Brad, and Lance are excited to bring the first Home2 Suites product to Alamogordo with an anticipated opening at the beginning of 2021.
