Charlene joined Allen Sigmon as a valued member of the executive team in August of 2021 as the Asset Manager to provide a full range of commercial property management experience.

She has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and gained invaluable knowledge by working with an established New Mexico Real Estate office, BGK, where she was employed from 1997 to 2021 in Santa Fe, NM.

Charlene has been fortunate to work in asset management, property management, financing, loan structuring, loan compliance, all aspects of property insurance and investment management services.
