Ben Nolte is a commercial real estate advisor in New Mexico who has a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, with a focus on industrial real estate owners and warehouse users. With over 18 years of experience, Ben has a reputation for excellence in the acquisition and brokerage of industrial properties in New Mexico. Before becoming a commercial real estate broker at Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group in 2013, Ben spent 10 years investing in real estate himself. This allowed him to gain valuable experience with many different property types. He has extensive experience with redemptive rights and properties in various stages of foreclosure in New Mexico. Ben has represented both local and national tenants, landlords, and buyers in Industrial, Office, and Retail transactions with clients such as Rio Rancho Public Schools, The City of Albuquerque, Jiffy Lube, Williams Scotsman, Xerox, and Paramount Pictures. He is involved in a lot of networking groups that have been essential in building his successful career. Ben is a CCIM and graduated from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management in 2003 with a BBA. In 2022 he also served the brokerage community as the 2022 CARNM (LIN) Leasing Information Network Chairman.
