Job Description
Responsibilities:

Help Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and buyers with their Commercial Real Estate needs.

Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to ensure future growth, utilizing cold calls and cold outreach to potential clients.

Strong multi-tasking and follow up skills.

Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
