Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Help Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and buyers with their Commercial Real Estate needs.

  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to ensure future growth, utilizing cold calls and cold outreach to potential clients.

  • Strong multi-tasking and follow up skills.

  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal

  • CRM and database management

Qualifications: 

  • Independent and Self Motivated

  • Real Estate License

Compensation: 

  • Commission Pay

Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday

  • Albuquerque, NM 87111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

 

License/Certification:

 

  • Real Estate License (Required)
