Karl joined Allen Sigmon in 2023 and is responsible for maintaining and analyzing commercial real estate ledgers, financial statements, tax and reconciliations, as well as preparing all other financial reports as needed.

Karl received his Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from Oklahoma City University and has an extensive background working with other commercial real estate groups previously to joining Allen Sigmon.
